Are you an experienced Administrator?

Our client based in Milton Keynes are looking for a experienced candidate to join their team within the Administration office.

Duties include:
Photocopying, filing and maintaining records as required.
Audio typing
Directing and dealing with incoming or outgoing telephone calls
Collating, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post.
All general administrative and office duties as required
Creating appointments

Knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
Excellent telephone manner
Accurate typing
Audio typing is essential
logical appointment planning
