Reed Wigan & Bolton are very excited to be working with a very successful Bolton based client who is looking for a Sales Administrator / Customer Service Assistant to join their busy team. You would be working on an ongoing temporary contract for at least 1 month (with the view to be extended ongoing).

THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR A PERMANENT ROLE FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE.

My client is the number 1 business in their field in the whole of the UK, with huge well known clients and global contracts.

The successful candidate will attract an hourly pay rate of £9.00 per hour.

The working hours are Monday – Friday 08:30 – 16:30.

Duties will include:

• Taking inbound calls from customers answering queries
• Providing prices to customers
• Processing orders using the Sage system
• Administration duties
• Data entry
• Taking messages for the team to follow up with
• Generally supporting the team with office support

Person Specification

I am seeking a candidate who is experienced within order processing or sales administration. The right candidate will have a pro-active attitude to work and be used to working in a busy environment. Good customer service skills are essential and experience using the Sage system would be beneficial.
