Reed Business Support is proud to be working alongside a family run business based in Ipswich close to the waterfront who are seeking a well organised, outgoing person to join their team to offer Admin support to the office and their customers.

This company have become a market leader and innovator in its field and due to its successes now require additional support for its small but well run team. The company is based a short walk from the town centre and a stone’s throw from busy waterfront.

This role will involve handling daily stock movement, arranging transport of company goods, raising invoices and purchase orders, general office assistance and customer interaction including new orders.

The successful applicant should have:
Good IT skills (Excel, word, outlook)
Excellent communication skills
Be well organised and capable of multi-tasking
Good planning and organisation skills
Able to meet strict deadlines
Be comfortable working in a small office, occasionally quiet office and to be comfortable working alone.
