My client is seeking a good all rounder who is happy working with project and tender documentation and liaising with contractors

This is generally a fast paced environment with multiple projects on the go so life is never dull and full of variety and challenge

Your responsibilities will be varied but will include;

- Assisting the office Manager with the co-ordination of all documentation relation to - office and residential building projects
- Gathering data from subcontractors and getting quotes from contractors for commercial tenders and contracts
- Downloading and filing documents electronically
- Completing tender documentation using templates
- Maintain accurate project and customer records
- Develop excellent relations with key stakeholders, suppliers, project managers, clients, subcontractors and staff
- Deal with emails regarding projects, phone calls, inquiries, greeting visitors/clients and internal/external meeting schedules
- Provide office administration duties and secretarial support
- Organise calendars and diaries; screening phone calls, email and appointment requests

Candidates need to:

-Ideally worked in the construction industry or similar industry
-Be detail orientated
-Be responsible and care about the work you do
-Be able to work under pressure during the busiest times
-Be an excellent communicator 
-Able to handle lots of tender documentation
-Be willing and flexible
-A team player
-Have good IT skills
