I am currently recruiting for a Temp to Perm Customer Service Representative/ Administrator to work with our Client based just outside of the town centre.

Our Client is a leading provider within their industry and offers excellent progression opportunities as well as benefits.

KEY DUTIES IN THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

• Administer all departmental tasks as required in a complete, efficient and productive manner, planning and organising own work as required.
• Deal with all queries within established best practice and department procedures, referring for assistance when required.
• Contribute to service excellence by providing guidance to others and informing the decision making processes wherever possible.
• Build and develop positive relationships with all colleagues and third parties.
• Actively identify opportunities to improve administration service, proposing solutions where possible.
• To deliver all agreed business requirements within SLA, to ensure that specified business delivery metrics are achieved.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Preferably educated to GCSE level.
• Excellent keyboard, telephone and administration skills.
• Must have a flexible, adaptable work style.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Customer focused and able to communicate effectively with customers by e mail
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Drive and ambition – ability to close tasks and take ownership for delivering team objectives
• Computer literate
• Time management skills

Hours of work are 9am – 5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch.
