Monday to Friday 8am – 5.30pm Permanent Position, Ellesmere port Excellent career opportunity! & Bonus potential!

Currently on the look for a proven administrator to provide a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all job functions and tasks are delivered in an accurate and timely manner.

Duties include

• Being responsible for chasing work to ensure that vehicles will be ready at the time agreed and advising as necessary.
• Respond positively to customer telephone enquiries relating to service and repairs.
• Answer customers’ questions regarding technical problems, warranties, services and repairs in a manner that is easily understood and without excessive technical jargon.
• In addition to this you will check all documents for accurate completion, maintain all customer record files and job cards on a daily basis and store records logically for ease of retrieval.
• You will liaise with the management team to ensure workshop loading suits diary bookings.
• Produce invoices for completed work and explain the content to customers.
• Ensure bookings and appointments are managed efficiently and establish customers drop off, collection requirements and arranging alternative transport if required.

Person Specification

• Works well under pressure
• Can confidently handle conflicting demands
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player and a flexible attitude and willing to go extra mile to provide a first class customer service
• Systematic and organised; detail orientated
• Administrative experience would be desirable
• Honest, respectful and diligent
• Computer literate
• A working knowledge of Kerridge software would be an advantage
• A full and valid UK driving licence would be preferred
