I am recruiting for a Contract Administrator for my client based in Aztec West, North Bristol.

The purpose of role is to provide administration support for various contracts and support all departments as detailed below:

You will work closely with 3 functions of the business, the Operations, Sales and Finance teams providing the below support where applicable:

Operations Team:

- Overseeing administration of large multi-site contracts
- Liaising with engineers and collating and managing receipt engineers worksheets
- Updating/creating Excel databases & schedules
- Telephone bookings for technicians visits to sites
- Absence cover for other admin tasks

Sales Team:

- Co-ordination of contract summary and requirements on order receipt
- Order chasing for multi sites & yearly renewals for contracts
- Customer Satisfaction Surveys

Finance Team:

- Scanning
- General Admin Support
- Ad hoc duties as and when required.

You ideally will be organised with a logical/methodical approach. A strong communicator at all levels and have excellent attention to detail.

This is a permanent position, with an immediate start for the right candidate - salary is dependent on experience.
