Administrator 12 month FTC
My client based in Horley is looking to take on an administrator for a 1 year FTC, this role may go permanent afterwards (not guaranteed).
- Previous administration experience (min 5 years)
- IT Literate, proficient with Microsoft applications
- Immediate availability
- A very good work ethic, with ability and motivation to help colleagues
- General administration
- Completing client valuations in a timely manner in line with the monthly valuation’s spreadsheet; to include checking and updating data and performance tables.
- Collating information on annual charges.
- Checking client cash accounts on investment platforms
- Keeping accurate records on our paperless filing system.
- Updating tasks in the back-office system for an accurate audit trail.
- Maintaining excellent file organisation and quality at all times.
