Reed Business Support have the pleasure of recruiting for a fantastic new administrative position for our well established client in the heart of Chelmsford City Centre.

Your key responsibilities will be to provide administrative support for the team members of the business, to undertake office related support tasks and to provide reception support when necessary.


Key duties will include:


• Audio and copy typing
• Scanning, photocopying, binding, creating induction packs
• Database management
• Mail merging and assisting with external mailings
• Filing and archiving
• Secretarial holiday cover when necessary

Office Support

• Handling storage and archiving, updating spreadsheets etc
• Arranging meeting rooms, clearing away meeting rooms
• Assisting with stationary orders
• Collections and deliveries
• Scanning supplier invoices


• Handling incoming calls
• Meeting and greeting visitors in Reception
• Keeping the reception area and meeting rooms clean and tidy
• Handling the meeting room diary and out of office calendars
• Order food for meetings when necessary and providing refreshments
• Stationary ordering
• Franking post
• Booking couriers
• Reception holiday cover when necessary

The client is seeking a candidate who is an effective multitasker as this is a multifaceted position where a variety of skills and duties will be required of you.
