Fantastic opportunity for a Project Administrator to join a large prestigious company based in the Lisburn Area.

Temporary Ongoing potential to be extended long term
Full time hours 9am-5pm with some flexibility
Pay rate £8-10/hour D.O.E.
Immediate start.
Due to location, access to own transport is desirable as public transport limited in the area.

Duties will include:
• Providing full administrative support within a Tender Department
• Diary and travel management
• Data input and maintaining company database logging jobs
• Documentation management of projects both electronic and paper based
• Booking of Meeting rooms and organising Conferencing facilities.
• Assisting with expense claims and workers timesheets
• Minute taking of meetings
• Handling of incoming and outgoing calls and post.
• Sorting office maintenance and equipment issues.
• Meet and greet visitors to the office
• Setting up new suppliers with invoicing details
• Health and Safety Administration

Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 1 years administration experience
- Available for an immediate start
- Access to own transport.
