An unmissable opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator to join a reputable investment company based in Birmingham City Centre.

You have the opportunity to join a prestigious company based in stunning offices and support an experienced Director with over 20 years’ experience.

The main purpose of this role is to provide administration support to Directors and support with client reports.

Duties include:
- Providing information and reports on client portfolios
- Updated client information on database
- Dealing with incoming phone calls
- Managing mail merges
- Setting up new accounts
- Distributing quarterly and six-monthly information
- Processing payments
- Process subscriptions
- Preparing Powerpoint presentations
- Audio typing
- Covering for secretary staff where necessary

Salary = £21-23,000 per annum plus good benefits package

The ideal candidate:
- Must have previous office administration experience
- Experience within investments is desirable but not essential
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Audio typing experience
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to work to own initiative
