We have an exciting job opportunity for a Conveyancer Administrator Role, based in Lymington.

Salary £17000 - £25000 + annual bonus of approximately £3,000 - £4,000

Salary depending on experience

Your job will be to assist a Broker Finance Business, with their administration needs, and assisting with the drawn down stage of mortgage applications.

So if you have excellent organisational skills, experience in finance or banking and great computer skills this could be the role for you.

Duties will include

• Quoting customers tailored financing solutions.

• Completing & preparing mortgage documents & lease documents with 100% precision.

•Working/liaising with clients.

•Understanding the Data Protection rights of a customer within the UK.

What you will need

• Excellent organisational skills.

• Ability to build rapport with the Introducer & client network.

• A flexible “can do” working ethos.

• Have an understanding of finance & ideally a finance or banking background.

• Excellent computer based skills & competent of working with Excel, Outlook etc.
