REED is seeking speakers of German for the position of Contract Services Representative at our client’s shared service centre in Brno, Czech Republic. The company is a leading brand in handheld hardware and wireless solutions.

Who are the customers?
Companies that use our clients products in order to run their operations more efficiently (shops, hospitals, warehouses, sports stadiums, airports, post offices, factories, logistic companies, government institutions and others).

Overview
This role is perfect for fresh graduates or administrative enthusiasts who like the idea of processing contracts and orders and keeping excel sheets and databases organized. The communication with clients abroad is via email so if you are shy to speak German on the phone, this role is for you. There are core hours around lunch time and the rest is flexible so you will be the master of your time. You will later get a chance to reach a senior level within the team or move to other departments if you decide to develop yourself further. The environment is multicultural and English is the language of communication in the company.

Responsibilities:
• Processing contract orders – ensuring orders meet bookable criteria, clarifying business exceptions, data entry
• Communication with internal and external customers to resolve issues on pending orders (email)
• Working with quantity and quality targets, working in very customer oriented environment, working with complex procedures and policies, ensuring that contractual data has integrity and compliance

We are looking for:
• At least upper-intermediate level (B2) of English and German (B1)
• Detail oriented personality
• Knowledge of MS Excel desirable
• High level of organization skills and time management
• Ability to work in a team (team player)
• Professional work attitude, flexible when it comes to changes
