Do you prefer administrative tasks to calls? In this role you will support Sales Representatives based abroad by preparing service contracts, managing sales data and contract details in SAP and providing necessary updates to the respective customer service centres abroad. The communication with foreign offices will be mostly via email.

Fluent French or German is a big advantage but the role is also open to those who feel their French/German is a bit rusty or with mistakes but they are confident to use it and motivated to improve the level by attending free language classes offered by the company. English fluency is, however, essential because the Sales team is international.

We are looking for:
• Excellent English (B2/C1) and communicative German or French (at least B1+)
• Excellent level of Czech or Slovak
• Candidate who will feel comfortable in an multicultural department
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience in an administrative role or experience in SAP is an advantage
• Candidate who is based in Brno
