Our Client, an international group of companies with European headquarters in London and Vienna is looking to recruit a motivated Administrative Coordinator/Assistant Property Manager for their Bulgarian branch. The company is active in the United Sates and Europe in the acquisition, development and management of commercial real estate assets. In addition, the company acts as a consultant and joint venture partner to some of the world's leading institutional and private investors. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody with some administrative/real estates experience, who is looking to grow and develop their career in a company that can provide endless opportunities and scope for progression.

Job summary: The Administrative Coordinator/Assistant Property Manager is responsible for providing administrative support to the Property Manager (and property staff, as required), ensures that management can maximize its time in the operation and other efforts for the property.

1. Develops and maintains a basic knowledge and understanding of the property, including the operation, current issues, and a general knowledge of tenants in the building.
2. Acts as first line of communication between tenants and the company.
3. Establishes and maintains card access files.
4. Maintains company tenant records, maintenance contracts records and all related policies and procedures manuals.
5. Facilitates the efforts of the management staff to ensure timely compliance with deadlines pertaining to monthly reports, special projects, etc.
6. Assists in the preparation of statistical and narrative reports, tables, charts and graphs.
7. Provides back-up support as directed, maintains an effective working relationship with associates and performs various other assignments as directed by the Property Manager.
8. Takes individual initiative in organizing and prioritizing work so that management can maximize its effectiveness.
9. Assists in tenant relations/retention programs.

1. Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications - Spreadsheets, Word PowerPoint and database management. Knowledge of Property Management software is an advantage. Previous experience within administration/property min. 1 year.
2. Advanced English and Bulgarian language.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

7. Team work.
