Are you looking for your next challenge in a senior administration role in the public sector? Do you have both the patience and the confidence needed to manage and coordinate a busy office?

Our client is looking for a talented administrative coordinator to fill their new role in their fast-paced, successful office just outside Kendal. You will be using strategic thinking and work closely with your team on a new initiative, bringing together the organisation and the local community.


The role covers five different areas: marketing, recruitment, client engagement, programme engagement & administration, and creation of opportunity. As this is a new role, your workload will be developed and coordinated by senior members of the team as you progress.

The perfect candidate will be comfortable working with sensitive information, have experience as an administrator, be an excellent communication, possess strong planning and organisational skills,good numeracy skills and have the ability to work well under pressure.

A positive and flexible attitude to working hours is a must, as well as a commitment to working within a values led environment.
