Do you want to use French on a daily basis? Do you prefer administrative tasks and communication via email? Then this is the role for you!

While you will work for an international company, you will be part of a Czech speaking administrative team so fluency in Czech or Slovak is important but one of the managers is a foreigner so you will need to speak English as well. This role is a maternity cover so we can only offer a fixed term contract at the moment.

• Data entry into CRM customer database, checking and updating the data
• Creating quotes and releasing orders in NAVISION system
• Documentation and invoicing
• Daily contact with colleagues in France
• Direct contact with customers and suppliers in French, mostly by email
• Cooperation with the technical department and logistics department

What are we looking for?
• C1 French and B2 English
• Fluency in Czech or Slovak
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in customer service, data entry or order administration would be an advantage
• Structured, responsible, proactive, and independent personality
• Positive approach to customer’s needs
