My client is a Employee Benefits business based in Croydon.

9 Month contract

Purpose:
To provide general administration support the AE sales director in managing the transition of a bank of key clients to a new client solution.



Key Tasks and Responsibilities

- Preparation and issue of letters and relevant documents to clients, co-ordinating with the sales consultant and clients as necessary
- Effective management of the workflows with appropriate chasing of information as required
- Liaising with clients to arrange staff presentations
 -Liaising with consultants and clients on data and paperwork generated by the employee presentations and dealing as necessary.
 -Updating of the control sheets
- Data preparation
- Assisting with other data entry as required



Qualifications, Experience and Skills

 -Team player, who likes variety in their job and likes working in a  small  team,where  the ability to work flexibly will be required.
 -Good verbal and written communication skills
 -Excellent organisational skills
 -Good personal skills to work with a range of colleagues and clients
 -Capable of competently using MS Office packages including Excel, Word, and Outlook
