I am currently recruiting for a Resilience Administrator for a well knows client based just outside of Dorset. The role will initially be working remotely.
To provide a wide range of administrative services which may include taking notes for meetings, diary/travel arrangements, attending to visitors, word processing and document production.
To be a point of contact for a Service function and provide appropriate and timely information and advice to callers.
To undertake project tasks or more specialised administrative work relating to a specific function or department
To create, maintain and interrogate data systems, ensuring the integrity and safekeeping for all data.
Provide administration and support to the Resilience team including management to maintain support to the Local Resilience Forums
Co-ordinate diaries to support and schedule meetings, preparing for these including the creation of agendas, attending required meetings and capturing all key decisions and actions, monitoring these to ensure they are completed
Monitor the governance and records for the Service response to Coronavirus and winter preparedness to ensure they remain strong and robust
Monitoring of risk assessments and maintaining the relevant site calendars to ensure that they are up to date and compliant with the required maximum capacity
Ensure that data is accurately recorded and available in the agreed format to support the delivery of the department
Collate and monitor the health screening responses for external persons requiring access to service premises ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and updating of the relevant people of outcomes as required.
