My client in Bury St Edmunds are looking for a new member to join their team as an administration support. This is a busy role and they like candidates that are cross skilled, so that you are able help across other departments and roles when required.
Greeting and welcome visitors
Answer customer enquiries over the phone and in person
Other admin duties like post, filing and ensuring the public areas are kept tidy.
Pick and pack parts and provide support for the stores supervisor
Stock management including stock counts, good inwards and UPS shipments
Manage the CRM system and keep everything up to date.
Arrange everything required for meetings including travel, preparing meeting rooms and booking lunches for visitors.
Supporting the Senior Admin with invoices and payment queries
You will be able to manage a busy and fast paced role and ideally have similar administration experience. You must be highly organised and able to prioritise your workload. They are looking for someone that is happy to help with other parts of the business so require someone that is team focused.
What’s in it for you?
Salary of up to £21,500
Monday to Friday hours of 9am-5pm with a 30 min lunch
26 days holiday plus bank holidays. £ must be kept back for the Christmas shutdown.
