I am currently recruiting for a an Administrator/Receptionist for my Client, a Healthcare Company in South Croydon. This is a temporary position to start as soon as possible, to last roughly two months. This position is full time (Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm, but some flexibility on the working hours would be ideal).
This role requires you to have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, and past experience in a Care Home is desirable. At least 3 years of Administration experience is essential.
The role will involve Font of House duties as well as representation of Human Resources, Finance, and General Administration. Part of the position will involve calculating timesheets, populating the information onto spreadsheets and feeding the information through to Payroll, but experience in Payroll is not necessary.
