My client based in Colnbrook are looking for an Administrator to join their busy and well established team on a permanent basis.

The Role:

 Ensuring that only the highest levels of customer service is presented through continuous work and support with new and existing members and customers whilst carrying out daily administrative duties such as:

- Customer Communication via telephone and email ensuring any problems are resolved.
- Data input on to industry, bespoke CRM system and verifying payments.
- Preparing and packing documents ready for posting.
- Dealing with face-to-face enquiries that may occur at Head Office Reception.
- Order Processing via Telephone

IT Systems used:

- Windows and Microsoft Office
- iMIS - CRM
