An exciting new opportunity to take on a sought after role that rarely comes up. The role in question is Administration manager for a high performing world leader in the manufacturing industry. This role will suit someone with an extensive background in IT and administration, you will be organized and detail- orientated with good analytical skills. 

The salary is negotiable between 24,000 - 28,000 

Plus some great benefits including christmas shut down and finishing at four on a friday. 



The Administration Manager will support Directors in all areas of HR, and provide support to the Health and Safety committee. 

The candidate will help maintain in-house computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training and assistance where required as well as maintaining ecommerce platforms, and other duties as assigned by Directors.
Including 


• Stock supervision, providing support via stock control systems
• Utilities and communications contract management.
• To log support calls with 2nd line support companies
• Induct all new employee to the Company
• Promote any vacancies for the company, providing interview support where necessary
• Provide users with support for correct system procedures
• Develop system procedures in line with advancements in software
• Provide user support for computers, printers & mobile phones
• Support on applications, MS suite of programmes, UNIPLAN system
• Provide cover for key Finance department functions – i.e. Sales Ledger & Purchase Ledger roles including Shipping & invoicing.
• Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
