REED Lancaster are pleased to be working exclusively with an innovative and exciting local business to recruit an Administration Coordinator for their usually busy office based in Morecambe (most people are currently working from home).

This friendly business is looking for someone with energy, passion and a can-do attitude to manage all admin for one of the organisations busy and developing sections. You will be working within a tight-knit, approachable team that are the heartbeat of this fantastic organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for full end to end admin for this sections of the business from initial queries & orders, managing the order process, right though to billing and invoicing.

We are looking for an experienced administrator that has an adaptable and organised approach to their work, this will be a busy role where no two days will be the same!

The ideal candidate will have had experience within an Administrative/co-ordination role in the past as well as having excellent customer service skills, exceptional IT skills and preferably some social media experience to help further build the brand.

What will you be doing?

You will co-ordinate the full admin function of the department which will include:

  • Processing customer orders, dealing with all enquiries professionally, offering the most suitable option for the customer
  • Managing the social media platforms
  • Managing the customer contact from initial enquiry, installations to after service
  • Creating invoices
