REED Business Support Crawley are currently recruiting for a confident and highly motivated Administration Coordinator to join a reputable organisation in the East Grinstead area.
The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience in a busy and varied role and be flexible to attend interview at short notice.
As an Administration Coordinator your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Providing outstanding customer service to customers and visitors both face-to-face and over the phone
- Confidently liaising with internal departments
- Taking customer payments for services and products
- Maintaining customer records on in-house systems
- Drafting customer emails and letters
- Document maintenance including copying, scanning and filing
- Signing in/out business visitors
Due to location it is essential to this position that you are a driver with access to a vehicle for travel.
