A fantastic opportunity to join one of our clients in the Gatwick area. This is a temporary position and for the right candidate could become a permanent position.
You must be available immediately and happy to work the hours of 7.30am - 4pm., Monday - Friday. 

This role is varied and challenging working within Administration. 

Duties Include
• To assist in the provision of an administration service to operate the County / City Council .
• Collate and input Data, 
• Produce work sheets and issue to Supervisors.
• General duties including Post, Invoice preparation, Filing.
• Assist with works order management.
• Assist Management during County or office meetings.
• Take public and business telephone calls
• Assist with public queries regarding information on faults
• Manage the purchase invoice system
• File contract paperwork
  Co-ordinate/ Maintain/ electronic files

Person Spec; Ideally you will have 
General clerical experience. IT literate - Microsoft Packages and experience in using databases, Good communication skills, Good telephone manner, Attention to detail and a team player.
