Administration Assistant for a Pharma Company

With our client, an international pharmaceutical company, we are searching for an Administrative Assistant who would support US manager and his team around 50 people in Prague and partially in Singapore. If you are searching for a new challenging opportunity in international environment and space for your development, this might be the right position for you.

Your daily responsibilities include (not only) following:
• Managing manager/s calendars
• Organisation of meetings (1:1 up to meetings for 100 people), booking rooms, materilas preparation
• Organisation of manager/s travel (tickets, accomodation, cars etc.)
• Creating expense reports, sending for approval, tracking the progress
• Schedulling meetings/interviews for candidates
• Support to the whole team for any administartive/company related requests
• Working with the internal financial system (SAP/Comet) - offer requests, purchase orders creation, invoice handling
• Cooperation with the administrative team in Prague and abroad


You should match these criteria:
• Fluent level of English (for communication with the manager and colleagues from US and Singapore – often written)
• Two years exeprience on similar position
• Organizing skills (Meetings 1:1, 100+ people events)
• Communication skills (Both in Czech and English)
• Good time management
• User knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point
• Openess, sense of humour
• Ability to work independently
• Interest in technology is a plus
