Reed are working on behalf of our Client to recruit for an Administrative Assistant on a temporary ongoing basis.
You will be required to work from their COVID-19 secure office in Plymouth.
Our Client is a home care provider, looking for someone to support them with maintaining their system People Planner, which is a roster based system to matches carers to users.
You will be required to:
- Record information e.g. holiday, expenses
- Maintain the system
- Liaise with users and carers
- Submit timesheets
- Ensure all information is accurate
You should be:
- Computer literate
- Have strong numerical skills
- Strong administrative experience
- Excellent people skills
