Administration Assistant sought for 12 month contract
An opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and flexible individual to undertake the role of Administrative Assistant with our client in North Kent.
You will directly support the team by undertaking a range of administrative duties including organising and maintaining administrative systems and procedures within the team, managing central email accounts for taskings and queries. Previous knowledge or experience of working within a Police environment would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will be an effective administrator with previous administrative work experience. You will have effective office and organisational skills, the ability to plan, organise and prioritise your own workload in a busy and demanding environment. You will work effectively as part of a team, and possess good verbal and written communication skills. You will be able to use your own initiative and the ability to make decisions at times under pressure and to tight timescales.
A good level of computer literacy, including keyboard skills and knowledge of a range of software products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, e-mail and open source research) together with the ability and enthusiasm to learn and use new systems is required of the successful candidate.
The successful candidate will go through NPPV3 Vetting; this can take up to 8 weeks.
