We are looking to recruit a well-organised and responsible individual who has fantastic time management with A’level of Education, who can communicate effectively in English & Maltese to be responsible for administering tasks and be a part of corporate services section. Previous experience as an Administrator or Secretary is needed, however full support will be given.
•Assistance in the purchasing of supplies, services or works;
•Providing assistance throughout the public procurement cycle, including the preparation of procurement documents and contracts;
•Liaison with suppliers, handling of invoices and posting of accounting entries;
•Planning of travel arrangements for staff;
•Carrying out of bank reconciliations;
•Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence;
•Administration of petty cash;
•Reception duties when required.
