Up to £10.00 per hour depending on experience – temp role for up to 3 months
Full-Time - based in East of Edinburgh

One of Reed’s clients based in the city centre of Edinburgh are currently looking to recruit an experienced Administrator on a temporary basis for up to 3 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration support.

Our client are a well known Edinburgh based property based company with a reputable name within the industry.

Duties involved in this role will include:-
• Assisting with all aspects of administration
• Monitoring email inboxes for the team, dealing with basic queries
• Covering the reception desk when required
• Help to maintain the company’s system once trained up
• Processing of documentation and dealing with any client queries in relation to this
• Minute taking at meetings, filing, faxing and emailing

In order to be considered for this role, candidates must have the following:-
• Extensive previous experience in an Administration role – this experience is essential
• First class communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload effectively
• Excellent IT and typing skills, including the use of the full MS Office suite
