We are delighted to be working with one of our key accounts in Wakefield. We are resourcing for an experienced Administration Assistant to work in a busy office. Based in Wakefield city centre, this role is on an ongoing temporary basis.
The key purpose of the role is to provide clerical and administrative support to the department. Responsible for accurately recording and extracting information from various databases. Providing advice and assistance to all stakeholders.

Key Aspects of the role are -
1. Lead by example as taking appropriate action to ensure that all your team members do likewise.

2. Receive enquiries from internal / external customers and members of the public. Officer advice and assistance in relation to all related matters.

3. Responsibility for the recording, retrieval and retention of information held on several databases. Ensure all information is accurate, up to date and compliant.

4. Receipt checking and finalisation of all files dealt with at Division and within the department to ensure compliance with legislation, highlighting any shortcomings.

5. Provide administrative and clerical support to the department as required.

You will need previous experience working in an office environment and have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office particularly Excel. This role would suit an enthusiastic individual who has a flexibility to work.
