My client are an incredibly friendly bunch, based in lovely offices in Crawley (Manor Royal). They are so busy that a new position has been created and would be perfect for an experienced administrator who likes to be busy and work in a flexible manner.
Hours are Monday to Friday , 8.30am to 5.30pm, a competitive salary and a discretional bonus is payable , together with 20 days holiday and other benefits.
You will be enthusiastic and will be keen to join a rapidly expanding team, within a varied role, Sales Administration skills will be useful and you will have excellent MS Office skills, including Word and Excel.
Duties will include answering the telephone, dealing with visitors, supporting colleagues on projects, maintenance of stationery and supplies for the office, arranging meetings , diary management and all admin related tasks
It would be beneficial if you were available immediately , although candidates on notice will be considered

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting the accounts department.
• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls and assist with first line queries.
• Welcome all visitors and maintain security procedures.
• Support colleagues with requirements on producing Excel spreadsheets, Word documents and PowerPoint presentations.
• Arrange room for meetings and training, book offsite venues and assist with marketing events.
• Receive, sort, distribute mail and deliveries, post mail and arrange courier collections for site orders.
• Maintain general filing systems.
• Maintain PPE stocks and collate for site orders.
• Maintain stationary and kitchen stocks.
• Maintain fire alarm schedule and act as Fire Warden assistant and First Aid representative.
• Ad hoc duties as and when required.
• Website Management.
• Marketing.


• Administration experience would be an advantage but not essential.
• Construction background would be preferable.
• Strong experience of MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure.
• Confident verbal and written communicator.
• Able to work as part of a team and independently.
