Are you an experienced administrator looking for Full time hours?

Are you looking to work with a reputable business within the Oxfordshire area?

If so I have an excellent temporary to permanent opportunity based in central Oxford! You will be part of a very well known organisation in the education sector working part time hours of 8.30-4.30pm Monday to Friday.

As the Administrator/Receptionist your duties will include answering all telephone correspondence; dealing with queries and forwarding where necessary; Greeting visitors and guests; Managing administration such as room bookings, taking payments, updating databases, email correspondence and other general admin duties.

All we ask is that you are an experienced administrator and you have excellent customer services skills over the phone and face to face and know basic accounts.
