My client is currently recruiting for a full time Administrator to join their ever-growing organisation. This is a busy and varied role where you will be supporting the Communications Team.
This role is:
Full time 37.5 hours per week
8 Month Temporary role
Parking on site – You will need to be a driver due to location.
You will be:
- Supporting colleagues to source journal articles on websites and purchase as required
- Providing user log-ins
- Uploading materials to SharePoint e.g. technical reports and electronic journals
- Administering and external archiving
- Supporting budget monitoring
- Providing basic communication support for the team
You will have:
- Ability to communicate with global colleagues across all functions and levels
- Ability to communicate with third party suppliers to resolve any issues
- Multi-task and problem solve to respond quickly to requests
- Experience working with excel budget sheets and online payment systems
- Ability to use Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Some SharePoint experience preferred
- Be positive and supportive as part of a high performing team
