Are looking for part time hours?

A new start up Business is looking for someone who is looking to work part time hours (ideally 10 hours a week) but also be flexible to go on client meetings.

As the Administrator/Receptionist your duties will include: 
-Answering all telephone correspondence;
-Dealing with queries and forwarding where necessary;
-Greeting visitors and guests;
-Managing administration such as room bookings, taking payments, updating databases, email correspondence and other general admin duties. 
-Proof reading reports and making amendments where needed. 

You should have the following:

- Strong Word and Excel skills
- Be able to Proof read
- updating spreadsheets
- Strong customer service skills
- Be able to deal with all sort of clients
- Manage customer complaints
- Be confident on the phone
