The main aspect of this role is to take minutes within meetings, to prepare documents and agendas for meetings and then other general admin duties where required. Typing skills will benefit you in this role and previous experience using Microsoft Office
Key responsibilities -
- To record, action, manage and distribute, where appropriate, all correspondence received, preparing responses where appropriate.
- Organise meetings, including the preparation and production of agendas, minutes of meetings and collation of papers, to ensure an accurate record of each meeting is made and distributed accordingly.
- Maintain and update the Department’s filing system and databases to ensure information is readily and easily accessible.
- To provide temporary secretarial cover for members of the Team as required, in the absence of permanent staff.
You will need -
- Experience in Minute taking
- Experience using Microsfot Office particularly word /document typing
- To be Organised and Methodical - able to prioritise workload
- To Meet deadlines
This position is based in Wakeifled City centre Monday to Friday 37 hours per week.
