A highly established and professional residential property investment company, which deals in a fast paced environment trading residential properties throughout the UK. They currently manage three private equity and debt investment funds along with investments in house building and development.
Due to continued expansion they are seeking an experienced telesales negotiator to deal with valued customers and assist them with a guaranteed house sale. There is no cold calling and all sales are generated so each lead will be expecting a call.

The Role:
• Driving the business forward by enhancing the investment portfolio
• Take personal responsibility for your own sales pipeline
• The first point of contact for the company- you will act as the brand ambassador
• Meet revenue and business targets through individual and team activity
• Identify opportunities to create new business
• Qualifying and negotiating on leads from property vendors who need a guaranteed sale
• Carrying out detailed valuations on UK residential properties;
• Updating the CRM and being diligent with adding notes as each lead progresses
• Contribute to making a final valuation on a property before it is purchased
• Retaining good relations with each customer and then request a review of the service journey
• Participating in creative meetings to further improve the working lives of the team
• Contributing to team meetings and be willing to put forward ideas.

A Telesales Property Negotiator who has a proven background in closing sales deals over the phone. It is more important to have a background in telesales than actual property experience as ongoing training will be provided. At least two years sales experience is required and the following skill set and characteristics apply:
• Outstanding communication skills and professional telephone manner;
• Ability to build rapport over the phone;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Proficiency with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system;
• Ability to work under pressure and hit sales targets;
• Motivated to achieve and exceed monthly targets;
• A positive attitude and an energy that contributes to the already established team

Minimum requirements for the role;
• Degree educated desirable but not essential
• 1-2 years of Customer service/Telesales experience is essential; it would be preferable if you are someone with a proven track record of hitting KPI’s and reaching/exceeding monthly targets
• Excellent communicator, both over the telephone and face-to-face
• Have the ability to work under pressure and be an excellent team player
• Be computer literate and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Professional and well-spoken
• Have a desire to progress your career and earn money
• Be able to demonstrate an ability to work autonomously
• You adopt an enthusiastic yet consultative approach
• Have excellent customer rapport building skills
