Our client, a leading media company, are seeking to employ a dynamic and ambitious Accounts Receivable/ Credit Manager to join their team. Working in their Central London office this role will be a vital part of their Finance team and will be responsible for the overall company's group receivables.

Managing a team of 3, the role will be responsible for managing all aspects of Accounts Receivable.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience in a similar role and will have SAP Experience. The role is permanent paying between £40,000 - £45,000

Process & Reporting
• Working towards monthly targets to reduce debtor balance and debtor days.
• Analysing and identifying new opportunities to improve processes to make AR/ cash collection process more efficient.
• Reviewing activity including payments made by clients and aged debt.
- Maintenance of all AR related procedures.
• Managing incoming payments in all currencies on SAP.
• Reporting on payment status of annual licenses up for renewal to sales team.
• Working closely with sales team to implement AR practices, from point of sale to payment.

Customer care
• Managing communications with the sales teams
o Ensuring resolution and payment of balances, resolving issues and disputed claims.
• Producing credit limits and processes to prevent risk of non-payment from bad payers.
• Communicating with customers in regards to overdue invoices by phone and email. Building strong relationships to speed up these processes.
• Producing monthly statements to prompt payment
You will be a tenacious, forward thinking, driven Accounts receivable or credit controller with outstanding excel skills. We believe that having an interest in the music industry will help you engage and be motivated to be your best.

• Very strong management experience is essential
• Strong working knowledge of SAP is highly desirable
- Previous experience of managing at least 2 people is essential
- Tenacity, driven and ambitious
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
