My client is a leading retail business within the South West London area, recruiting for a 6 month fixed term contract in Accounts Payable and Purchase Ledger Project Management.

Should you be successful in application for this FTC, you will have the opportunity make your mark through high-level assessment of current processes and making recommendations for improvements during this exciting period of change for the business.


Duties

Your duties will include supporting the new-in-role AP Manager in reviewing and improving current working processes, team capabilities, productivity targets and software usage, and utilising your prior knowledge and expertise to make recommendations for process improvement and structural change. You will work closely with the Financial Director, who will support you and oversee your work.

Your role within the Finance team will be key to the business success and future growth.

You will be working in the companies’ charming corporate offices in the heart of South West London, accessible by excellent transport links. You will be an experienced large volume Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger professional, ideally from a retail background, looking for a challenging and highly rewarding short term project role. Everyone in this company operates with the optimum efficiency and professionalism required to deliver exceptional results and achieve success. You will be experienced in developing working practices and robust departmental processes, be a skilled staff manager, easily able to assess staff capabilities and job roles, and relish the opportunity to deliver a short term project to the highest standard.
