Have you had experience in a purchase ledger role?
My client are looking for a Accounts Payable assistant to join them on a 12 month temporary contract.
You will be responsible for all aspects of purchase ledger, processing invoices and matching and posting them. Using SAGE, you will then be passing the invoices for payment. You will be managing supplier queries and statement reconciliations, as well as processing employee expenses.
If you have the following experience and can start immediately or on a weeks notice, please apply below!
- AAT (desired but not necessary)
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Accounts experience
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
