Reed Accountancy are working with a well-known business based in Stirling looking to recruit for an experienced Purchase ledger assistant for an on-going temporary position.
This is a great opportunity for anybody with previous high-volume purchase ledger experience keen to get stuck into a busy role.
Responsibilities will include:
- Invoice processing
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Processing payments (BACS/CHAPS)
- Preparing payment runs
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Ad hoc admin duties
Ideally some exposure to SAGE would be preferred and someone who has experience in high volume processing. This is a busy role, and the perfect candidate will be keen to come in and really hit the ground running!
