I'm recruiting for an established investment bank in the central London area, who are now getting busier as business is picking up once more since the lockdown. The role is set to last approximately 2-3 months, therefore it's essential that you're willing to be committed to a short term role like this, as it can also hugely benefit you moving forwards in terms of bolstering your CV.
You will be expected to process high volumes of invoices (150-200 per week), as well as managing the expenses and possibly dealing with bank and credit card reconciliations. If you've had prior experience in looking after all of these areas you'll greatly improve your chances of being accepted for the role.
It's also important that you've previously worked within the banking sector, in order to have an understanding of the environment you're entering and what the policies and procedures are likely to involve. System experience isn't essential, however if you've already had exposure to SAP it would be beneficial.
You will also be considered if you have more than a years' experience of continuous AP work, as it's important for my client to bring someone in that can hit the ground running.
