Reed Accountancy are delighted to be working with a well-established organisation based in the Livingston area who are looking to take on an Accounts Payable Clerk on a Permanent basis.
Working in a busy team you will be:
- Processing high volume of purchase invoices and credit notes
- Matching and coding invoices
- Liaising with various departments for invoice authorisation
- Checking VAT on invoices
- Ad-Hoc Finance & Administration Duties
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Accounts Payable
- Experience processing a high volume of invoices
- Strong communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- High attention to detail
