Our client is looking for an accounts payable clerk on a temporary basic, the accounts payable clerk will be responsible for the following:
• Deals with company expenses
• Managing suppliers/vendors accounts by resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies, reconciling monthly statements and documents
• preparing and managing monthly reports
• Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
• Managing petty cash by recording all data.
• Payment on invoices
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable
- Work at a fast peace
- Work to strict deadlines
