We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable administrator position for one of our most established and growing clients in the Wirral, this is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking to work with a fantastic company with clear progression.
This position is an ongoing temporary position, with the possibility of a permanent placement.
Duties will include:
-Processing a high volume of purchase orders
-Storing purchase invoices on an internet-based system
-Managing invoice disputes
-Setting up new suppliers on to accounts system
-Raising purchase orders when required
-Monitoring of purchasing system
-Setting up supplier payment runs
-General administrative tasks
-Knowledge of accounting systems
-Exceptional organisations skills
-Strong Excel & IT skills
-Will be working closely within a large team so the ideal candidate will have strong communication skills
-Ability to use your own initiate
Hours of work:
Monday – Friday
Salary - £20,000-£22,000
