As an experienced accounts manager you will be used to supporting and training your staff to ensure they are not only producing the best results but they are motivated and happy in their jobs. These are the skills my client is looking for.
This role is to focus on the credit control and sales ledger. You will be producing debtor reports, manage customer ledgers ensuring timely reconciliation on key accounts, allocate cash and monitor unallocated receipts, deal with customer credit changes and assist the team with the planning of the workload. But most importantly you will be supporting the team to ensure they are able to produce their best, knowing they are valued. And in turn you will be offered full support and help from your line managers.
This role requires an ongoing commitment during a time of change. And could lead to something more permanent for the right candidate.
