Reed Accountancy are presently recruiting for an experienced part time accounts assistant who is comfortable with aspects of credit control. This role is being recruited for on a temporary to permanent basis with an immediate start.
Duties to include:
- Assist with Credit Control (either phone, email or letter) – ensuring comments are updated regularly and added to Customer accounts
- Production of monthly aged debt report with commentary
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations/and Statements.
- Generate and send out all sales invoices.
- Set up new Customer accounts.
- Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
- Raise any Ad Hoc invoices as and when requested.
- Post & allocate cash receipts to ledgers.
- Prepare weekly Bank deposit.
- Weekly Bank reconciliations.
