REED Accountancy are currently partnered with an outstanding company based in Newbury who are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join them on a temporary basis to start immediately.
- Checking invoices, gaining approvals
- Process supplier invoices and match with PO's
- Create PO's
- Prepare payment runs
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Allocating payments
- Sending remittances
- Processing expenses
- Month end duties
- Great MS Office Suite skills, especially Excel
- SAP experience desirable
- Able to work independently
- Open to taking on over time during busy periods
