REED Recruitment are delighted to partner with a fast growing Property company in Dublin City. We are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. This is ideal for someone who would like to develop their career in the property sector, as the role evolves, you will have opportunities to work with property asset management and really diversify your role!
The role involves you managing the AP ledger that processes 500 invoice per month, and reconciliations for 13 bank accounts. The role will also give you opportunities to assist with rent collections and processing all relevant data for their assets. ( Experience using Yardii is preferable, but not essential)
Duties in the role:
Filing, coding, data entry and preparation of supplier payment runs
Verification of supplier bank details
Utilities reconciliation and management
Track all management company information and service charge costs
Monthly bank reconciliations
Daily banking and cash allocation
Rental deposits reconciliation
Coordination of acquisition documentation (stamped certs, proof of ownership documentation, contracts, deeds, signing checklists etc.)
Property tracker/system updates
RTB Registration process
Liaise with Local Councils and complete paperwork etc.
Assist with rent collections
